Sing Holdings Limited is a property development and investment company listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange since 2007 with extensive experience in developing award-winning residential and commercial properties. Since its founding in 1964, Sing Holdings Limited (and its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) has focused its core business in Singapore and has a proven track record of developing quality projects in prime districts including Robin Residences, Bellerive, and The Laurels. The Group’s latest 735-unit project, Parc Botannia, won awards in the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020 for Architecture Multiple Residence (Singapore), and Residential Development (Singapore), as well as the BCA Green Mark Award (Gold Plus). The Group’s other projects such as The Laurels and Waterwoods have also won the FIABCI Singapore Property Award and the BCA Green Mark Award (Gold Plus) respectively.
